Where will I learn?
You’ll learn at Weymouth Campus in professional catering facilities, including The Avenue Restaurant, our contemporary training restaurant where students prepare and serve food using fresh, local produce for real-life, paying customers.
What qualifications can I take?
Courses are available across Levels 1, 2 and 3, with opportunities to progress through further study, professional training and a number of Apprenticeships routes.
Where could it take me?
You could work in restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering businesses, events, food production or hospitality management. You could also progress into higher-level study or build experience towards your own food or hospitality business.
