The Kingston Maurward campus specialises in land-based subjects like agriculture, animal welfare, horticulture, countryside management and conservation, offering a very hands-on learning environment.

Weymouth Campus is a lively, welcoming place where practical skills and fresh ideas come together. It’s home to bright studios, specialist workshops and social spaces that make day-to-day life feel inspiring and connected.

Where land, nature and innovation meet 

Set in 750 acres of Dorset countryside, Kingston Maurward Campus offers a unique learning environment built around the outdoors. With farmland, lakes, gardens and animal centres on-site, it’s a place where students can connect with nature, develop practical skills and explore land-based careers. 

Facilities include: 

  • A working commercial farm 
  • Blacksmith forge and welding workshops 
  • Agri-tech centre and science labs 
  • Animal science centre 
  • Construction and countryside skills training 

A dedicated outdoor activity centre offering high ropes, climbing, bouldering and watersports on a five-acre lake.
