Course overview
Do you enjoy learning through challenge and outdoor adventure? Then this is the course for you. Take on the challenge to further develop your skills and knowledge by going on outdoor adventures on-site and in the local area, learn a wide range of outdoor activities and apply your training from the practical sessions to the classroom.
Entry Requirements
4 GCSEs at minimum grades 3/D, including English and maths. You will need a keen interest and lots of enthusiasm for outdoor activities and activity leadership.

Outdoor activities on this course include:Kayaking, canoeing, rock climbing, bouldering, abseiling, walking, campcraft and a camping expedition.You will also have the opportunity to gain the British Canoe Union 2 Star Award on the days you are not at college.All students will have the opportunity to join the Combined Cadet Force (CCF), Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme (DofE) and can participate in Football and Rugby at various levels with the chance of joining the British Colleges Leagues college team.
