Important Update

We are now entering the final period for your child to receive antibiotic treatment and to get their first dose of the Meningitis B vaccine. If your child has yet to receive these, please read on to find out how they can access this essential treatment and vaccination.

Vaccination and antibiotics

3pm-8pm

This clinic will offer antibiotics and vaccines to all eligible pupils – all Year 7 to Year 13 children educated or living in the areas of Weymouth, Portland or Chickerell.

If you’ve not been able to get your child an antibiotic dose and/or vaccination, please attend this clinic. You can book an appointment in advance or you can simply walk in.

If you have a paper consent form completed, arrive at the clinic before 7pm to make sure you get seen.

Vaccinations / booked appointments only

3pm-8pm

These clinics will offer vaccination to all eligible groups who have not been vaccinated.

A further vaccination will be required from four weeks after the first dose, in order to provide full protection.

We will send you further communications telling you more about this nearer the time.
