Meningitis Update
Further to our email on Monday regarding Meningitis B, we have now had it confirmed that antibiotics and the first vaccine will be given to eligible students on Friday 24th April at the Coastland College Weymouth Campus, during College hours. This is for Coastland College students aged 16 – 18.

Antibiotic Consent Form – please print and complete the form below, and ask your young person to bring it with them to College on Friday. If you are unable to print a copy, paper copies will be available to collect from the College Reception.
