Working Livery

For just £55 a week, we will take full care of your horse (7 days a week) at our well-equipped BHS-accredited yard, with a first-class quality of individual care and an engaging, consistent routine. On Working Livery here at Kingston Maurward, your horse will be exercised during the week, under the watchful eye of our highly experienced team of instructors, ready for you to enjoy in the evenings, at weekends, and during the college holidays. Working Livery horse enjoy a varied routine, including flatwork, poles and jumping, hacking, and lungeing / long reining.

We have fantastic facilities for you to enjoy here. As an owner, you will have access to indoor and outdoor arenas, as well as a solarium and laundry. You will also benefit from a 20% discount off entries for events run here. No need to travel, you’ll have an event venue right on your doorstep! You will also be able to keep your trailer / lorry on site.

Working Livery horses benefit from overnight turnout in small, friendly hers and get to enjoy even more time out in the field during college holidays.

Feed, forage, and bedding are included in the weekly price. We will organise all of your horse’s appointments (farrier, vet, physio, saddler etc.) so you don’t need to worry about keeping track!

Part & Full Livery

Part Livery offers a balance of convenience and cost, making it popular with owners who want regular involvement with their horse but need assistance with the day-to-day care.

Horses on Part Livery with us at Manor Stables are ridden by their owners (and not used within the college for teaching purposes), while the care duties are shared between the owner and our staff. Owners can choose to do one end of the day (AM or PM) seven days a week, or do both ends of the day for half the week and staff will cover the other days.

Part Livery costs £120 per week.

Full Livery offers a comprehensive horse care arrangement, where our staff take care of all day-to-day care responsibilities for the horse. Owners visit the yard to ride, spend time with their horses, or compete, but are not required to handle daily care tasks. Full Livery is ideal of owners with limited time who are looking for a professional, consistent care routine for their horse.

Full Livery costs £155 per week.
