Selection for all courses is by interviewSuccessful completion of the Level 1 Welding & Fabrication course to a suitable level and relevant Functional Skills.

Units include:

  • Engineering and Environmental Health and Safety (9 credits)
  • Engineering Organisational Efficiency and Improvement (9 credits)
  • Manual Metal-ARC (MMA) Welding (10 credits)

Assessment

These course will be assessed using on-line exams, practical and theory assessments.
