Course Structure
Course Description
The Skills Bootcamp supports the development of confident, effective leaders, covering the following topics:
- Leadership styles
- Communication
- Delegation
- Conflict resolution
- Motivation
- Performance management
Learners also completed Supervising First Aid for Mental Health, gaining practical skills to promote workplace safety, wellbeing and positive mental health support.

Funding
The programme is government funded, requiring only a small employer contribution towards the overall cost.
Employer constributions are set at £320 for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and £960 for large employers, making this a highly cost-effective way to invest in workforce development, while benefiting from high-quality training through Coastland College Adult Learning.
